Purchasing A House

As a college student I live with my mom and my father. Recently I had brought a puppy which he had known about for the last three months.

He goes to say they all grown up don’t ask before doing anything and making decisions. He has really been getting to me and I am ready to move out. I am at the age where I should be looking for an apartment. I really want to skip that and go for a house.

I am now focusing on finding a great housing loan. I looked at all of my banks to determine which one will help me more. But I feel as though I have to walk in there and speak to them face to face. Some people don’t realize the cost of rent and housing sells are outrageous. As a person who works part time and in school how can I afford it.

Not to mention the fact that even if I do get my degree it doesn’t mean I will get a job right out of it.
