Long Hiatus over

Hello everyone,

It has been a while since I have shared an update, and I want to start by saying how truly grateful I am for all the support, kindness, and love you have shown toward my website. Every message, every bit of encouragement, and every person who takes the time to support what I am building means more than you know.

I know I have said this before, but I want to remind everyone that I am committed to continuing this journey. I do not plan on stopping, giving up, or walking away when things become difficult. The past couple of months have been challenging, but they have also taught me the importance of perseverance and continuing to move forward.

One major change in my life was getting a new car. My old car had reached a point where I knew it would not make it through another winter. The doors would get stuck whenever the temperature dropped, and even after getting the air conditioning repaired, it still stopped working again. I made the decision that I could not continue driving a vehicle that could leave me stranded or put me in an unsafe situation. So, I took a step forward and purchased a new 2026 vehicle.

Four months ago, I also started my housing fund. I found a savings box that can only be opened by breaking it with a hammer, and honestly, it has been one of the best decisions I have made. Some people questioned why I would use a box like that when I could simply use a regular container, empty it, and start again.

My brother even asked me, “Why spend money on a box you have to break when you can just get one you can open?” I explained to him that the whole purpose is to hold myself accountable. With a regular piggy bank, it is easy to take money out whenever you want. But with this box, the only way to access the money is to make a serious decision and break it open. And when it is filled, I plan to purchase another one and continue building toward my goals.

Along this journey, I have also started a CMA program and phlebotomy training. I am currently going through the SEED program at the school where I earned my degree, continuing to invest in myself and my future.

Life is still difficult in many ways, but I believe that struggles are not meant to separate us—they are opportunities for us to grow and support one another. I want this space to become a community where people can share their challenges, encourage each other, and remind one another that we are not alone.

Time continues to move forward, and so should we. No matter what obstacles come our way, we have to keep believing, keep working, and keep pushing toward the life we dream of creating.

Thank you all for being part of this journey with me. ❤️
